Thanks for a Great First Week!
The energy and effort in the water set the tone for a fantastic season ahead. Thank you to the swimmers, parents, and coaches for helping us get off to a strong start. We’re looking forward to building on this momentum in the weeks to come!

Gear and Spiritwear

PVAC Swim Culture towel sales close tonight. Orders can be placed using the Google Form. 

If interested in personalized swim caps, please be sure to enter your order by midnight tonight.

Swim Events

Registration for upcoming invitationals is open! When committing your swimmer, please ensure that you indicate which events they want to swim.

Fellow SAL swim team, Wissahickon Community Aquatic Club, will be hosting a Fitter & Faster swim camp this coming weekend, October 11 and 12. The camp will focus on enhancing the technical stroke development of breast and fly. If you're interested, you can find more information and registration here.

Practice Reminders

All swimmers must enter through the front doors of the school by the gym.

Please arrive 15 minutes early – swimmers should be ready to get in the pool at the start of practice. Our first practice group of the evening should wait in the hall until the coaches call you in.

Be sure to double-check your practice group, time, and location
