Welcome Swimmers!
The 2025-2026 season is almost here, and we’re excited for another great year!

Team Meeting
The mandatory swimmer and parents' meeting will be held on Monday, September 29 in the high school auditorium at 6:15 PM. This year, we are trying a new approach and will have all parents and swimmers in attendance to review coaches' expectations for swimmers and parents. When we wrap up that portion of the meeting, the swimmers will be escorted to the pool to begin their practice.

Suits
Suit try-ons will be on Monday, September 29 from 5–8 PM at PV High School. D&J Sports will assist with sizing, and payment options include cash, check, card, or mobile payment. Swimmers must wear a dry suit, over which the try-on suit will be worn. Orders may also be placed by calling 610-282-5895. Shipping fees apply for direct deliveries.

Spiritwear
Spiritwear sales are open and end Sunday, September 28. Click here to place your order. New this year: Mom and Dad designs, as well as Tall sizes!

Returning this year are PVAC Swim Culture towels. Check out the new design! Orders can be placed using the Google Form. The cost is $53 without personalization and an additional $10 for personalization. All orders must be placed by October 5.

Practice Information
Regular season practices start on September 29. Schedules are posted on the team calendar. Expect schedule changes in November as water polo ends and high school swimming begins.

We understand that families have busy schedules, and we encourage swimmers to attend practices as often as they are able. Missing an occasional practice is not a concern, and swimmers should focus on making the sessions they can without added stress.

To keep practices effective and safe, we typically do not allow swimmers to switch between practice groups. Each group’s workouts are designed specifically for the swimmers’ age and ability level, and moving between groups can disrupt that structure.

Meets & Championships
Our first dual meet will be on November 1. Meets are typically held on Saturdays, while Dive will meet on Fridays, in November and December, with championship meets in January. The full schedule has not yet been finalized.

The league also holds several invitationals throughout the season. This is an opportunity for your swimmer to choose their own events. Please note that PVAC’s annual Fall Fest Invitational has moved from the last weekend in October to November 9.
