Boys - Congrats to all of the swimmers who swam at the SAL West Division Championships. We had another 60 personal best times, most of which came in time drops of 2 seconds or more! Thanks to Radnor for making it a quick and smooth meet. Thanks to all of the Parent volunteers and timers as well. We had a great meet, it looks like we had the majority of the time drops among all of the teams in the West Division. We had some great highlights from the meet. Quick story that I want to share...the boys Senior Medley relay consisting of Brandon Sullivan and Nate Kell deserve great praise for what they did at the Championships. They were going up against Norristown who had an 8&U swimming the anchor leg of their relay. This kid wasn't the greatest swimmer so Nate, instead of sprinting and blowing out their relay by a full 25 yards, swam slow to give the 8&U a great race. They finished to a roaring applause from the crowd. One parent even leaned over the railing of the balcony to let me know what great sportsmanship that was. This is a great story and sums up the types of kids that we have on this team. Way to go guys! Listed below are some final stats from this past weekend's meet.
