IMPORTANT for your Invitational Registration:

 

Please complete the Online Invitational Registration (links listed above) and electronically transmit your entries.  Please follow the instructions presented to you on the web page returned -- including the manual submission of payment (checks only - payable to "PVAC") and placed in our PVAC Treasurer's folder (here...) in the team Crate located on the pool deck.  Please be sure to write the Invitational Name (eg. "NAAC Harvest Meet") in the Memo section of your check !!!

Please note your child’s age on the Online Registration form.  (Usually October 31, 20nn but this may vary for some Invitational's (eg. Turkey Trot).   Example - if your child turns 11 on October 22, they will swim in the 11-12 age group. On the other hand, if your child is 14 and they will turn 15 on November 15, they will swim in the 13-14 age group.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please be advised that once you submit your child's entries for an Invitational you are committed to pay for all Event Fees. Unfortunately, if you enter an Invitational and then decide not to attend ~ you do not receive a refund or have a credit for other meets. PVAC sends a check to the club who is hosting the Invitational to cover the cost of the event entries prior to the meet - and we cannot retrieve refunds from that club.
