I. I.     Call to order

Michael Schroeder called to order the regular meeting of PVAC Board and Parents at 7PM on Thursday, February 6, 2008 at PV High School room 132.

II II.    Roll call for Board Members

Diane Delman conducted a roll. The following persons were present:

 III.   Discussion

a) Banquet – 400 people will attend banquet this year. We need people to setup the tables before the banquet starts. Food list will be going out this week.

b) Fund Raiser – Beef and Beer still needs raffle gifts for this year’s beef and beer. Date is April 19th. Ticket Price $30.00 per person. Tickets are still on sale see Lisa Mylett.
 

c) Summer Camps – The swim camp chosen this year was Lehigh. If you are interested in going to Lehigh swim camp send Mike Schroeder an email. Mike will setup a meeting to distribute the paper work for the camp. Mike will also be handing out diving camp information from Lehigh.
 

d) End of Season Questionnaire – Mike will provide a questionnaire to get feedback on how the season went.
 

e) Elections for 2008 – 2010 Board members – Election will be extended to Thursday Feb 7th until midnight. The board consists of 8 members. 7 members are elected every two years and Fran is the eighth board member, she is not elected. Nomination for President – Mike Schroeder

Parent’s meeting is Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 7:00 pm at PV high school.
