II. Roll call for Board Members
     Diane Delman conducted a roll call. The following persons were present:

III. New business
      a) Registration Update. PVAC will try to improve registration next year so payments are in an orderly fashion.
      b) Mock Meet Friday October 27th. We need volunteers to run this meet. Food will be on sale.
      c) Fundraising Update
               Car Wash Rescheduled for the Spring
               Spirit Wear Update. Voted on logo size for tee and sweat shirts.
               Family Fun Night still in planning stage, need volunteers.
               Beef and Beer still in planning stage, need volunteers
               Golf Outing open discussion
      d) Banquet will be in the high school and children will be able to swim afterwards. Date will be in February or March of 2007
      e) Community Service Mike discussed doing some community service with the swimmers. Janet Dix suggested donating to the troops.
      f) Team Communication -Talked about getting on the email list since club now has 152 registered swimmers no way to call everyone. Also looking at getting a bulletin board for hallway to post information.
      g) League Rep – Chris discussed that Bensalem has dropped out of the SAL league.
      h) Head Coach Fran discussed new coach Morgan Smith, the importance of attending meets and Guppies are allows invited to home meets. Fran made a change to the practice schedule. See calendar version 14. Fran also discussed not having parents coaching from the grandstand area. Fran is now on the Facilities committee.
      i) Meet Updates
             12/16 Springfield Meet cancelled
             11/19 Turkey Trot at Phoenixville YMCA added
      j) Officer Reports
            President- Mike wanted volunteers to fill some vacant fundraising positions for Family Fun Night and Beef and Beer. Also mentioned during discussion of fundraisers was adding a silent auction to the beef and beer. Ellen Moore volunteered for Boy Volunteer coordinator.
            Vice President- Liz discuss team pictures which are Thursday November 9th at 5:30pm. Also explained the  Invitationals and the new Turkey Trot.
            Treasurer- Lisa talked out outstanding checks that are needed from some club members. $20,000 went to Community Ed.
           Secretary- I discussed swim suit orders will arrive on Friday, October 20th but the order will not be complete.

IV. Open issues
       USA Swimming needs to select a new meet for December.
       Still need Boy and Girls concession volunteer and some fundraiser volunteers

V. Meeting Schedule
       Next meeting schedule for Tuesday, November 9th at 7:00 pm at PV high school.
